Elderberry pie is a delicious and surprisingly easy elderberry recipe, perfect for either fresh or dried elderberries. It doesn't take much, just a few cups of elderberries and you're well on your way to a delicious old fashioned elderberry pie. Every year we try to get a bit more creative with the elderberry harvest.
