We went early at 9am to the boat jetty on a Saturday. It was crowded even though our ferry trip would have been the first few of the day. There is a Rs 200 ticket and a Rs 50 ticket per head queue while going to the memorial. However for the ferry, while coming back to the jetty, it is on a first come first serve basis from the memorial.
